  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp sprinkles
  • 2 squares dark chocolate chopped
  • 1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed butter)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil or any oil
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Scoop about 1 tbsp amounts of cookie dough onto the prepared sheet. Slightly flatten the dough mounds with the palm of your hand.
  • Bake for about 8 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  • Enjoy! Store leftover cookies in fridge.
