Maple Cashew Butter Cookie Dough Bites
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 tbsp collagen peptides or sub more coconut flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
- Roll into tiny balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
- Put the mini cookie dough balls into a glass container and keep in fridge for up to 4 days.
- Top your ice cream, yogurt, smoothies, etc. with irresistible bites of maple cashew butter cookie dough!
