  • 2 tbsp cashew butter
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp collagen peptides or sub more coconut flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs


  • Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Roll into tiny balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  • Put the mini cookie dough balls into a glass container and keep in fridge for up to 4 days.
